Job Description:
1. Identifying key geographies to enter and key crops to target
2. Building and managing sales team in various geographies of the region
3. Setting monthly and season targets and aligning on-ground sales teams and managers for achieving the same
4. Planning and executing key marketing activities for new customer acquisition and building brand awareness
5. Closely working with the procurement team for product ranges and brands and training the sales team on the same.
6. Identifying and building alternative sales channels
7. Building systems and processes for ensuring smooth sales generation and completion
Skills Required:
1. Leadership skills with ability to build and manage a team of 40+ sales employees
2. System and process oriented
3. Ability to think at scale without any pre-conceived notions
Work Experience: 5-8 years in agri-input sales
Compensation: 6 - 12 LPA
