Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identifying key crops, key products, and brands and target farmers to focus in assigned business area
- Building and managing a team of 2 to 3 area development managers, and an overall field force of 20-35 people
- Maintaining customer relationships, increasing app downloads, increasing leads, meeting sales targets
- Planning and Conducting marketing activities like farmer meeting, Farmer contacts, field days on a regular basis
- Maintaining relationship with local channel partners and manufacturing companies executives
- Training & development of sales executives and territory managers
- Self-motivated to reconcile Stock management, Cash management (Collection compilation, Deposition in company account) for self and team without fail
- Planning and executing key marketing activities in the assigned region to increase customer base and app downloads
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience of managing a large team
- Proven track record of increasing sales/revenue / customer base is preferred
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill, and ability to convince team-mates and potential consumers
- Organizational, Managerial, and Leadership ability
- Team Player & Problem-solving aptitude
- A self-starter and require minimal supervision
- Advanced skills in mobile application use
- Ability to travel with driving skills is a must
- Other Agribusiness Colleges/ having experience in Agri input industry
