Job Responsibilities -
1. Take inbound calls from customers and respond to them with proper information
2. Use telephone/chat/SMS, etc. innovative mediums to provide information to customers
3. Follow-up with patients on the telephone for referrals generation
4. Take feedback from patients for services provided
5. Understand the problems related to illness/disease of the patient and guide them for the appropriate process/nearest center, doctor consultation, etc.
6. Complete the assigned work within time-frame
Requirements :
1. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
2. Immediate joining
3. Prefer Medical / Healthcare background.
