GramFactory - Sales Officer - FMCG (3-15 yrs)
GramFactory is looking to onboard a Sales Officer to its fast growing team :
- The Sales Office will be responsible for sales performance of the General Trade Channel (as defined by GramFactory) for the assigned Region / Territory in India. Candidates with experience in GT sales in Noida area will be given preference.
- He/She will assist the Regional Sales Manager/RLUM in delivering the overall territory sales objectives. Additionally, he/she supervises, fine-tunes and monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the company policies and strategies.
- He/she heads and coaches the Sales Team reporting to him/her. It is his/her obligation to form an efficient and effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal and external partners.
- The Sales Officer is to discuss and set clear targets for his/her team members in alignment with the Regional Sales Manager/ RLUM and to track the fulfilment of orders in his/her area.
Successful performance requires :
- A high degree of people management skills,
- Planning & analytical skills to handle complex situations,
- Taking full responsibility for decisions and repercussions,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and
- Clear commitment and vision to lead his team.
- Prior experience in handling distributors.
- Identifying new distributors/partners for territory expansion.
