GramFactory - Category Manager (0-5 yrs)
GramFactory is looking for smart and energetic people to join its category management team. The role would entail the following :
1. Leading the non-food category of our business.
2. Interacting with counterpart stakeholders at our partner brand organizations. This would involve building and maintaining the brand relationship, negotiating for better procurement terms and margins, and day to day issues resolution.
3. Interacting with Sales team to ensure resolution of category related issues and to keep the category numbers on track
3. Short and medium term planning for overall category volume and margin targets at a company, brand and region level.
4. Data analysis at a category level to determine any changes in strategy to ensure meeting of targets.
5. Directly report into Head of Category Management.
