Gram Books - Manager/Executive - Marketing/Institutional Sales (2-7 yrs)
Job description:
- You'll be a part of the core marketing and business development team with clear cut focus on generating revenue for the company.
- You need to attract new business/Institutional clients to promote books for CBSE/ICSE/ISE and state board books.
- You will look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectations are met.
- You will execute promotional plans and work towards achieving targets.
- You will be responsible for managing day to day sales activities, including market and outlets survey, cold calls, sales promotion.
- You will support the service team by providing customer feedback.
What Were Looking For :
- Alignment with the small close-knit team at Maharashtra. This is with respect to vision, work culture and other similar aspects
- Flexibility in the work being done. You need to be self-motivated and would need to adapt and learn quickly
- Possession of a 2-wheeler (with valid license) and an Android smartphone
- Knowledge of local language with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Prior marketing and business development experience is preferred, especially in the field of publication.
- Graduate/MBA with an exceptional communication skill.
