Graftronics - Executive - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
1. Acquiring new organizations thereby expanding the business growth of the organization Supervising and handling the B2B corporate sales.
2. Lead generation
3. SPANCO process(i.e. suspecting, prospecting, pre approach, negotiation, closing, order and then taking reference from client. Opening New accounts & Generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for managed IT Services. (AMC/FMS/ Managed Services & Secuirty Services.)
4. Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to SMB / Large SMB and enterprise customers Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
5. Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping, Demand Generation.
6. Generate business from new accounts and handle current prospects/Clients.
7. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery / service quality norms.
9. Build credibility, gain market share in the territory specially by getting more Business.
10. Work with Delivery teams in verticals to generate Proposals and Bid Responses.
11. Handling of SI business in IT infrastructure such as servers, storage, networking and managed IT services (AMC/FMS).
12. Work closely with the Key accounts and the SMEs in order to increase the wallet share of company's solutions in the Segment Maintain long term relationship with client, providing business solution according need of client.
13. Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings. Manage/prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
