Graduate Trainee - Telesales/Telecalling - Electrical/Switchgear (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
1) Enquiry Handling :
- Ensure that all the funnel variables for the enquiry are available
- Enter the enquiry in the funnel & keep the stage to PQ if stage not defined by FS
- Qualify the enquiry that has come in as per the qualification guidelines
2) Market Understanding
- Define your territory
- Define segments as per principle/product relevance
- Define customers under every identified segments (up & above the existing database)
- Department mapping of the customer to our product portfolio
- Designation mapping to the done department-product mapping
3) Tele calling :
- Get the data from any lead generation source
- Generate lead with the identified person by calling
- Pass it out as an enquiry
4) Forecasting & Gap Analysis :
- Gap Analysis of Qualified Lead Generation
- Fill the Gap bridging template with long term actions
- Run the identified campaigns as per their processes with other departments
