GradRight - Online Sales Specialist (0-3 yrs)
Core responsibilities for SGAs:
1. To understand student's problems and introduce GradRight to help solve them
2. To learn how banks and NBFCs work and advise the student on the right strategies to win
3. To utilise the firm's platform and partnerships and nurture leads to signup for the firm's services
4. To engage students over telephonic conversations, emails, video calls in order to achieve your growth targets in an effective manner
5. To create and maintain GradRight brand's voice, tone, and character across all channels
6. To improve existing products and help design new ones by using customer insights
7. To coordinate with other colleagues with a sense of shared responsibility and help them achieve their targets.
