Core Responsibilities of a Student Journey Partner (Online Sales Associate)
Understanding and learning:
To understand GradRight, the vision, product, and the overall strategy and stay updated on the changes in a fast-moving environment
To learn how universities, banks and NBFCs work and advise the student on the right strategies to select and finance the right program by using GradRight
To appreciate student's problems in their higher education journey and introduce GradRight to help solve them
Action:
- To engage students over telephonic conversations, emails, messages and video calls, as required to assist them in using GradRight platform for making the right college choices and getting the loans for their college
- To utilize the firm's CRM platform to nurture student-leads with a goal to get them to sign up for the platform, that is free for them, and make the best use of it
- To keep track of engagement of students, maintain a high standard of turn-around-time and keep a strong follow-up on tasks
- To pursue your daily targets and tasks in a diligent manner and achieve a high order of performance
- To build good relationships with students based on trust, empathy and transparency and generate referrals and strong word-of-mouth in their community
Improving continuously:
- Master data analytics and CRM management skills to increase effective of their efforts and outcomes
- To provide insights and feedback to marketing and lead generation teams to help them sharpen their digital marketing and outreach strategies
