GRADICAL Studio - Executive - Marketing (1-2 yrs)
- As a Marketing Executive, you will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for the hands-on execution of marketing campaigns. Your role involves working closely with the team to bring innovative marketing strategies to life and create engaging content that aligns with GRADICAL's design-centric approach.
What you will do :
- Implement and execute marketing strategies outlined by the Marketing Strategist & Team Lead, ensuring timely and flawless delivery of campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to inform and improve marketing strategies.
- Utilise marketing data analysis to identify prospective business solutions and execute strategies that harness these insights to improve marketing performance and foster business expansion.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, emails, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the Visual Designer and Digital Designer to ensure consistent and visually appealing content across all marketing channels.
- Assist in analysing campaign performance data, providing insights to optimise strategies for better results.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts to enhance campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives encompassing SEO, analytics, content writing, and paid ads to optimise the client's online visibility and drive targeted audience engagement.
What we are looking for :
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing execution roles within a design or creative agency.
- Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms for campaign execution and analysis.
- Innovative mindset with a design-centric approach to marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team or pod environment.
