About the Role:
- As a Business Development Associate at Grad Guru Edutech, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organisation. Your responsibilities will involve building meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into loyal customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Potential Clients and Partnerships:
- Conduct market research to identify leads and opportunities.
- Actively engage with educational institutions, professionals, and learners.
- Leverage networking platforms, outreach campaigns, and events to drive business growth.
2. Understanding Client Needs:
- Engage clients with effective communication and active listening
- Analyze their goals and challenges to offer tailored solutions from Grad Guru Edutech.
3. Advising Suitable Programs:
- Recommend courses and programs that align with client objectives.
- Showcase Grad Guru Edutech's innovative learning offerings to address their career needs.
4. Driving the Sales Process:
- Own the sales cycle, from lead initiation to closure.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, handle objections, and negotiate deals.
5. Relationship Management:
- Nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Address client concerns proactively and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
6. Meeting Sales Goals:
- Work towards monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Track performance metrics, optimize strategies, and ensure consistent achievements.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment. -
Quick adaptability to sales techniques and target-driven initiatives.
Job Details:
Location: Grad Guru Edutech,
Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays mandatory)
Probation Period: 6 months
Stipend: - 15,000 + - 12,000 incentives during probation.
PPO Opportunity: CTC up to - 6 LPA (Fixed + Incentives based on performance)
