Gradeup - Associate - Student Support/Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a talented Student Support Associate/Sr. Associate
What You'll Do:
- Understanding the student problems & resolving them immediately. Also includes appropriate escalation of student issues
- Effective and clear written, oral, and listening skills
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with students
- Demonstrate good time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures
- Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, response time, resolution time, CSAT, and attendance
- Liaise with other departments as required to resolve student issues and questions
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
What You'll Need :
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer support function - Chat/Email/Voice
- Preference for candidates who have been part of the escalations team or have worked as SME's in their previous organizations
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and very good typing speed.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, a team player, and a quick learner
- Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required. Business acumen in areas of Ed-tech is preferred.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Track record of over-achieving targets with ownership of the assigned tasks
