Gradeup - Associate/Senior Associate - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Advise students/parents for their learning needs through structured counselling sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Understand customer profile and problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for online exam preparation and advise students/parents to buy Gradeup course as subscriptions
- Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue
- Learn/Upgrade once own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing sales targets
Profile Requirements :
- Bachelor/ Master degree is required (A degree in management/marketing/ sales/ engineering is preferred
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM tools and Google applications
Qualification: Bachelor/ Master degree is required (A degree in management/marketing/ sales/ engineering is strongly preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience
Candidates from Edu-tech industry is preferred; Sales professional from Insurance or any other industry with good communication skills can also apply.
