Grab On Rent - Head - Customer Support (2-8 yrs)

The job profile requires one to operate in a fast-moving environment and he/she will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving the underlying business objectives. You will be accountable for delivering the ROI that helps the business grow. This opportunity will suit a person who can put into action original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
At the core of our business is Customer Success and Experience, and one of the largest part of this engagement happens over various communication channels. For the same, we are on a look out for someone who can strategist, plan, improvise and most importantly execute.
The core responsibilities that one will have to handle are :
- Create an open and transparent working environment to ensure associates voice is heard and if necessary appropriately acted upon.
- Capacity planning
- Metrics definition for better agent tracking
- Surge preparation
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Root cause analysis
- Handling Team leaders and overall performance of team
Along with the team leads, these processes will have to be overlooked :
- Handle Outbound process/inbound process
- Achieve the Productivity targets for the team and process.
- Analyse calls to identify the root cause of complaints.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of interaction with customers.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports
- Tracking Attendance of the Team, ensure control in Absenteeism and shrinkage.
- Attrition Handling
- Call Audits & Quality Improvements
- Training of Agents
Salary Range - Rs. 6 LPA to Rs. 8 LPA
