GPA Group - Manager - Corporate Sales (3-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
- Generating profitable growth by means of corporate sales and tie ups.
- Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities
- Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Any Graduate
- MBA preferably in sales and marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG industry / environment.
- Should be well versed with local market scenario.
- Should be flexible enough to cope up with the constantly changing Retail Market.
- Full time.
- Standard working hours & shift.
- Travel within assigned territory & to head office requires.
