Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain the good relationship between team members & customers.
- To develop the sales skill taking short meeting at morning time and weekly review.
- To utilize the maximum space of the shelf and visualize the product in proper manner.
- To monitor secondary sales primary sales & inventory holding by stores.
- Monitor & analyze cost effective methods of product.
- To increase width & Depth of distribution & meet budgeted distribution targets.
Essential skill sets : Analytical skills/ basic computer knowledge/ People management.
Relevant Industry : FMCG
Experience : 2-6 yrs
Target Companies : If Any Relevant industry in foods & confectionary
Age Criteria : 21- 32yrs
Target Compensation (CTC) : As per the company standards.
