Goyal Group - Relationship Manager (4-6 yrs)
Main responsibilities:
1. Generate leads of societies for redevelopment from different activities and sources
2. Approach potential societies and pitch for the company's services
3. Ensure that the annual targets are met with respect to revenue and the project volumes
4. Make proposals and contracts with the support of the execution team
5. Present the offer and negotiate with the societies to close the deal
6. Be the one point contact/ client interface throughout the execution phase
7. Maintain relationships with the respective banks and support the society in processing their loan requirements
8. Maintain the details of the societies on the CRM
9. Manage the internal stakeholders from various departments to ensure that the required project and customer interactions are smooth
10. Support the marketing team in development of collaterals and other activities to generate further leads
Experience :
4 to 5 years preferably in
- Redevelopment Sales OR
- Facility Management Sales OR
- Customer Relationship Management of Real Estate
Language:
Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
