GOVCHE - Client Services Role (0-5 yrs)
- Increase business with existing client portfolio.
- Maintain and manage client expectations and resolve their concerns / issues in agreed periods.
- Achieve set business targets for various services by cross selling, up selling, reference selling within the assigned portfolio
- Work with cross functional groups in sync to achieve Customer and Business objectives.
- Maintain excellent relationships and have a defined call plan with all the KEY CLIENTS in the portfolio to leverage business opportunities.
