Opportunity :
As Talscale Sales Lead, you would be responsible for
- Understanding ideal customer profile
- Generating a list of clients (Of all sizes)
- Identify best places to meet/network the key decision makers from the client side
- Pitch our product/solution to the influencers
- Close open leads
- Keep influencer engaged through right content (working in tandem with the marketing team)
- Keeping CRM updated with client engagement info
- Identify ways to hack into new geographies
- Be eyes, ears for Talscale on the ground about the recruiting industry
Execution by the day :
- Build lead list
- Identify sales closure time and build a plan to lead to closure along with tech team, HR
- Get relevant client contacts
- Build sales content relevant for the channel (work in tandem with marketing team if need be)
- Get your first client in a month, have a hockey stick growth curve from 2nd month onwards
Skills sought :
- Previous experience at selling SAAS products/services offline (2+ yrs is ideal)
- Inside sales experience will be plus
- Ability to read customer requirement, and handling ways to faster closure
- MBA from Tier 1 college will be a good indicator of a strategic bent
- Networking ninja, if not already written a book on it
