THE ROLE:
GoSamplify is looking for a smart and thorough professional to carry out end to end sales activities for the cities of Delhi and NCR. We provide you with the opportunity to chart your own way with a whiteboard and plan and execute based on your plans.
Key Tasks:
- Complete ecosystem analysis for the defined market regions/cities
- Segmentation of potential customers and formulation of a sales strategy for different customer segments and key customers.
- Plan sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
- Build a sound market related network of stakeholders.
- Prepare / coordinate and negotiate proposals till final contract closure
- Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Complete sales and revenue related key reporting.
- Contribute to the development of After-Market business in the region.
- Point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- To retain 100% existing Customer.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- 3+ year of experience in healthcare or service industry in sales
- Expert in customer exposure & account management best practices.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently & within a team.
- Fluent in English and Local Languages
- Quick thinker and decision maker
