GoQuest Media Ventures - Manager - Brand Sales (3-5 yrs)
GoQuest Media is a rapidly growing sales agent, and the largest independent distributor of Indian content across the globe. Their core business is to acquire, aggregate content and distribute to television channels and distribution platforms across Asia, Europe, USA and other global markets. The unique nature of stories, colourful presentation and production quantum of Indian content, opens opportunities for worldwide entertainment platforms to offer unique content to their viewers.
GoQuest Media is looking for a creative and motivated individual to help scale their business across India and internationally. The team are seeking a resilient and dynamic Brand Sales professional to build relationships and drive integrated branding clients across their digital business.
With only 4 years in operations, GoQuest Media has already taken a pivotal position in the content syndication and licensing industry. This is a great opportunity to join a diverse team of passionate and committed change-makers. In this role, you will closely follow the business of entertainment and have front row seats to all the action in entertainment business.
Whats on offer: A salary of up to 6 lacs p.a with a variable component of 50%-200% based on performance
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Solution Sales and Alliances
Work with production teams to assess sponsorship and branding needs across digital platforms
Identify, integrate and promote brand partnerships across brands, agencies and other potential external business partners
Execute best in class external documentation, pitch presentations, commercial and legal agreements
Develop, manage, and execute long-term alliances and opportunities
2. Relationship Building
Cultivate relationships with agency contacts and clients to gain deep insight into their business and objectives
Drive engagement with digital agencies and non traditional advertisers
Establish GoQuest Media as a major creative force within the world of branded content
3. Independent Execution
Independently own and manage daily outreach strategy, including a range of in-person meetings and travel assignments
Manage and co-ordinate timely follow-ups with prospective clients
Does this sound like you-
Required:
3+ years experience driving revenue in business development or sales role
Experience with branded content or sponsorship
Experience in the media and entertainment industry, specifically digital or media agencies, event management companies, or publishing houses
Strong network across digital agencies
A dynamic, self-motivated and passionate individual with a "can do" attitude
An ethical and trust inspiring individual who operates with a high level of collaboration
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Above all, a desire to produce outstanding output at all times
Preferred:
Experience working with digital, media or PR agencies
Experience in strategy and solutioning
Experience using CRM tools
MBA or other Post-Graduate degree
