GoPaisa- Affiliate Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Working with Brands for there affiliate sales
- Assigning campaign budgets to active publishers on the basis of specific requirements.
- Responsible for achieving targets in all models. Handling delivery of CPS, CPV on Sale, CPL, CPI campaigns.
- Observing parameters like quality traffic for all active affiliates and also taking necessary steps if anything happened in any campaign like fraud & manual punching etc.
- Manage reputed affiliates regarding campaign optimization, growth strategies and also review their performances side by side.
- Proactively revert and solve affiliate queries & concerns. Examining the affiliate exercises, and also certifying that there is no tracking issue in active campaigns.
- Coordinate within the team to get new inventories on board. This way we can tap all the new upcoming players and help to boost up the billing in any model of campaigns.
- Identify and scale up revenues with high potential publishers while pitching relevant offers over the email phone.
- Planning for campaign delivery and affiliates Inventory and also executing that plan with respective Affiliate Managers.
- Result-focused, meticulous, and detail-oriented performance marketer with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven track record of delivering CPS, CPL, CPV, CPI campaigns.

- Regularly monitoring the CR & updating the requirements to clients publishers.
- Keeping a daily track on campaign set up, tracking, deep linking Pixel guiding new affiliates.
- Identifying recruiting new affiliates maintaining stimulating relationship with current affiliates.
- Performing competitor analysis for regular check on payouts new campaigns.
- Negotiate on Incentive plans & getting Exclusive coupons from client.
- Providing monthly invoice to affiliate partners get the billing closure with the given timeline.
