Responsibilities

- Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products

- Manage content on the website

- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

- Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiences behaviors'

- Get in touch with the users about their accounts

- Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

- Update website content as needed

Requirements and skills

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter similar role

- Portfolio of published articles

- Experience doing research using multiple sources

- Familiarity with web publications

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Ability to meet deadlines

- BSc in Marketing or other Graduation, English, Journalism or related field

- Regional Language like Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada will be a plus.
