Goomo - Manager - MICE Sales (10-20 yrs)
- Responsible for entire region of Greater Mumbai for MICE complete with sales, operations and business development.
- Leads the daily activities of MICE sales, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships that lead to the achievement of sales objectives and repeat business.
- Thorough International & Domestic Destination knowledge (MUST)
- Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to up-sell and attract incremental revenues.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Continuously focuses on improving guest satisfaction to create customer loyalty and increase market share.
- Attends weekly Sales Strategy and Sales meetings, as well as providing periodic forecasts and budgets as required.
- Reports weekly to the Head of Sales and performs any other duties to meet business needs.
