We are seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales and an interest for working in a startup.- This is a fantastic career defining opportunity for a target driven sales professional who enjoys a role filled with challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for handling the sales team, identifying new business opportunities and will be the main point of contact of the end-to-end account management/sales process. It's extremely important for you to have an experience in managing client relationships and accounts, as well as a previous experience of working in a tech startup or SME or software sales will definitely be a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identifying new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

- Lead generation via cold calling, email and in person and pitching our products and services.

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Developing quotes, presentations and proposals

- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person and closing the sale

- Follow through with clients and ensure satisfaction.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Record client interactions in lead tracking and manage all corporate accounts.

- Follow up with leads aggressively.

- Solicit feedback on products and services.

- Set individual sales targets with sales team and delegate responsibility to sales personnel

- Coordinate and oversee the activities and achievement of sales objectives by the sales team

- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team

SKILLS AND- EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate would be keen to work on an early-stage startup presently in its expanding phase and must possess the following skills :

- Minimum of 1 year in enterprise B2B sales.

- Experience of working in software sales in SME and Tech startup would be advantageous

- An ability to work with deadlines and under pressure

- The ability and desire to sell

- Excellent communication skills

- A positive, confident and determined approach with a never give up attitude

- Ability to handle a sales team and delegate responsibility to achieve targets
