Goodera - Associate/Analyst - Product Listing (1-5 yrs)
Designation: Product Listing Associate/Analyst
Location: Bangalore
1. Responsible in handling Partner portal for all the events
2. Responsible in event listing which is sourced from NGO's
3. Responsible in doing hygiene checks on content of the event and listing
4. Should be capable to liaise with tech team to fix any glitches in the platform
5. Should be able to handle and coordinate with different stakeholders independently
6. Liaise with NGOs for partner onboarding
7. Liaise with Customer success managers to list their client events to drive better platform adoption
8. Manage Catalog events of Goodera
9. Responsible in running periodical reports to assess NGO performance and share feedback
10. Ensure proper due diligence is done for each NGO partner as per Goodera standards 11. SPOC app training for all the Captains and Ambassadors
