Job Description :
As a Sales Executive specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems, you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts of our BESS products. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals in the rapidly evolving energy storage market.
Sales Executive Responsibilities :
- Planning and overseeing new business initiatives.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Sales Executive Requirements :
- Proficiency in high ticket sales.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in BESS/ESS, Solar Manufacturing Industry and Industrial PCS Manufacturing Industry. (B2G and B2B will be preferred).
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
