The Good Creator Co. (GCC) is excited to be in the development phase for the GCC Academy, a one stop platform offering live courses by industry experts on a wide range of topics related to influencer and content marketing. The Content Moderation Associate will play a critical role in enforcing our community guidelines and codes of conduct with live moderation of all active chats and video feeds. This individual will have a strong customer-service approach and will be committed to deliver a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all of our course participants. Qualified candidates will be trained to work independently on delivering quick and dependable technical assistance in line with our platforms moderation features. To meet this goal, the Content Moderation Associate will be expected to successfully plan and accomplish the following tasks:

- Being solely responsible for all live chat moderation of live classes and community feeds.

- Develops a precise understanding of all established platform rules and community guidelines.

- Immediately acts on and removes offensive or inappropriate content that is in violation of community guidelines.

- Helps moderate live video feeds and escalates all incidents that violate community guidelines to the appropriate stakeholders.

- Provides end-to-end support to ensure all relevant cases follow established protocols and receive appropriate closure.

- Possesses a strong dedication and desire to ensure a safe, productive and positive environment for all of our course participants.

- Qualified candidates will be invited for an online video interview where they can expect to learn more details of the role and the broader roadmap for the GCC Academy.
