About the Role :
1- The Performance Marketing Associate/MT will support the strategy, development, and execution of innovative, account-based programs and campaigns to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue growth
2- Performance Marketing Associate/MT will support the sales funnel including planning, and execution of marketing initiatives to drive demand
Key Responsibilities :
1- Manage digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning, creative communication and in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization - across multiple channels
2- Analyze large data sets and identify trends and insights
3- Identify the levers of growth and optimize paid media plans to maximize sales output
4- Maintain reports of the relevant metrics and share them with the right stakeholders at the right cadence
5- Owning the whole digital acquisition piece for Noise across all channels like Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart etc. and be responsible for cost and performance targets
6- Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices
7- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
8- Working on presentation/analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates
9- Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs, etc. to optimize the campaigns
10- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance
Work Experience & Qualifications:
1- 0-1 Year of Experience in the same role
2- Mandatory - B.Tech from a Reputed Institute
3- MBA/PGDM - Not Mandatory
