Gonna Solutions - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Develop new business via calls, email and social media to introduce the Cloud Solutions & its services and identify decision makers within targeted leads from various sources to begin salesprocess in Indian market.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Works closely with Business Development Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities.
- Fixing appointments for products demos with clients followed by mailing them presentations.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Gonna Solutions Services will cater to those needs.
- Work with the Sales, Pre SalesTeam and VP of Salesto develop and grow the salespipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Following up with the clients via email and phone calls.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the salesfunnel.
- Indulging in entire saleslife cycle process from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare and analyze salespipeline reports and dashboards. -
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Required experience and knowledge-
- Candidate from technical background will be preferred.
- 1+ years in Lead generation or Inside Sales experience.
- Should have experience in selling IT software services.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) Able to reach out to CXO, CTO level in prospect companies.
