About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to oversee integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Location: Corporate office, Sector 49 Gurgaon
Mode of working: Work from office, 5.5 days working(alternate Saturdays working)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing. Collaborate with creative and content teams to design engaging marketing materials.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals and lead efforts in enhancing brand positioning and reputation in the market.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports for senior management on campaign performance and ROI.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market trends. Use insights to refine brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and content creation.
- Exceptional analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
