Gomechanic - Lead - Sales - Insurance Vertical (7-13 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Supervise and lead a team of insurance agents or professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team success.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation : Set and monitor sales targets and revenue goals for the team, and strategize to achieve or exceed them.
3. Training and Development : Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities to team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
4. Client Relationship Management : Oversee the management of client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling of insurance products.
5. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
6. Compliance and Regulation : Ensure that the team complies with all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and ethical standards in their sales and service activities.
7. Performance Monitoring : Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track individual and team performance, and take corrective actions when necessary.
8. Reporting : Generate reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to provide insights to upper management and make informed decisions.
