Manager - Community Outreach - Plastic Waste Management @ Agra

Salary Range : INR 5.0 - 8.0 LPA

- GoMassive is looking for a Community Outreach Manager for its Nirmal Agra Project to manage the city-wide plastic waste collection and processing. This project has been undertaken in collaboration with Agra Nagar Nigam, AEPW, TARA, etc.

- We are looking to hire a Community Outreach Manager with 3-5 years of experience, to maintain all community outreach activities. You will represent the company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the surrounding community.

As communication outreach, you will be required to :

1. Build a community of people who are going to champion the city for cleaning plastic waste.

2. Organise knowledge sessions/seminars in RWAs, Offices, Schools, and Community Centres to build awareness and create motivation for collection of plastic waste.

3. Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities.

4. Onboard volunteers and leaders who will drive plastic waste segregation in the city

5. Run engaging communication within the community.

6. Nurturing new and old relationships with collaborative partners.

7. Scheduling regular outreach exhibitions in the community and educate employees on community responsibility.

8. Assisting in the organization of special events, including donor/volunteer appreciation events and other fundraising initiatives.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business or a Master's in Social Work.

2. Preferred experience of 3-5 years working with communities or in outreach programs.

3. Outstanding written communication and presentation skills in Hindi.

4. Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.

5. Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
