Goldsikka - Team Leader - Direct Sales (2-4 yrs)
GoldSikka limited is part of a diversified three decades old Aztar Group. Est. in 1990, which specializes in Print Media, Tech Application, Insurance Broking, Data Analytics, Ecommerce, Non Tangible Asset Management, Property Underwriting, Corporate Law Advisory and Activations. Goldsikka is an Indian based organization which has vast experience in dealing with gold. It primarily selling pure gold and gold ornaments. It also sells gold in Digital form to its customers, which is the most best and secures way of storing gold.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities :
1. Facilitate direct sales by instructing team members to inform existing customers about new arrivals in the company and encouraging them to make sales
2. Inform customers about all products in the company, their uses and benefits
3. Take orders made by customers and ensure that they are successfully delivered to them in due time
4. Follow up sales delivery to customers and inquire about their user experience of goods purchased, making use of their feedback in rating customer satisfaction
5. Ensure proper documentation in the information system in due time and check through them for accuracy
6. Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results
7. Ensure that customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem in order to make them patronize the company continuously
8. Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results
9. Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that sales figures tally with number of goods sold
10. Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
Requirements :
1. Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales
2. Excellent presentation skills to convince customers about new products
3. Good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members
4. Good managerial skills to lead the team successfully
5. Ability to make good sales decision
Qualifications : BA, B.Com, Proven experience as team lead for 2-4 years.
