Est. in 1990, which specializes in Print Media, Tech Application, Insurance Broking, Data Analytics, Ecommerce, Non Tangible Asset Management, Property Underwriting, Corporate Law Advisory and Activations. Goldsikka is an Indian based organization which has vast experience in dealing with gold. It primarily selling pure gold and gold ornaments. It also sells gold in Digital form to its customers, which is the most best and secures way of storing gold.
Responsibilities :
- Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.
- Working with the executive team such as the marketing director or managing director to set the marketing strategy for the business.
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business
- To take daily sales reports from employees.
- To motivate employees and achieve targets.
- To look after customers payments and should manage team.
- Find new Dealers and Distributors.
- Make good relations with Dealers and Distributors, coordination with the Sales team. Support superior in developing new business as identified, Self-Development, Participate in performance reviews; knowledge sharing sessions, incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working.
Required Skills :
- Strong Communication- English, Hindi and Telugu
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Target and result-oriented.
- Excellent Time Management and Organization.
Qualifications : MBA, Proven experience in Marketing for 5 years.
