- Gold Rush Capital Service Pvt Ltd is a leading financial advisory firm, specializing in investment management and wealth management services. We are currently seeking a Relationship Executive to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all investment-related inquiries and requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the client base by generating leads and referrals.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to understand clients' investment goals, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
- Provide personalized investment advice and recommend suitable financial products and services based on clients' needs and objectives.
- Execute investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Monitor clients' investment portfolios and provide regular performance updates and reviews.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and financial products to effectively educate and inform clients.
- Collaborate with the research and analysis team to provide insights and recommendations on investment opportunities.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as operations and compliance, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation, adhering to data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance industry knowledge and network with potential clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex financial concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for portfolio management and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Valid industry certifications (such as NISM) would be an advantage.
