Goldhomz - Assistant Sales Manager (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :-
- The main role is to handle the customers and convincing to buy the flats
- Handling customer visits at the sumo project site and bring it to closure
- Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients.
- Excellent in Selling, properties of individuals and corporate.
- Taking care of Marketing and promotional activities.
- Timely maintaining property management and agreement renewals of existing clients.
- Taking care of Registration of Flats
- Handling customer payment issues.
- Handling all the marketing related issues.
Requirements:-
- Professional services background
- Solid Business Development and Marketing experience
- Real Estate knowledge preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Highly enthusiastic with positive attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities/projects
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Professional and confident
