Goken India is looking for a marketing analyst to support our global team based in US and Japan.

This is a great opportunity for an analyst to learn about the best practices in CRM based marketing.

We extensively use Dynamics 365, LinkedIn sales navigator and Outlook for managing our marketing campaigns. The analyst will use some of these tools to generate leads for our US business development team. This role will support business development, sales and strategic team of Goken

America and Goken India.

 Key Responsibilities :

- Identify key decision-makers within customers organization and establish relationships

- Manage Accounts, Leads, and Opportunities in the CRM database

- Prepare Marketing Lists and Marketing Campaigns

- Make cold calls to potential customers

- Follow up with customers on the submitted proposals

- Provide technical pre-sales support

- Identify new trends and application areas and provide feedback to development and marketing teams. Collaborate with the worldwide team on developing compelling messages and demonstrations.

- Conduct market research to unlock new opportunities for business growth

- Use your online and offline research skills to provide industry insights

- Provide industry, sector and client insights to support the business development team

- Interpret data and industry news to spot trends and influence our marketing strategy

- Track and present insight into our competitors and how we can stay ahead

- Present data and research in an easy to consume way

- Communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner to sales, product, and

leadership teams to influence the overall strategy of the product

- Requirements : 

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Engineering or Business

- 0 to 2 years of relevant industry experience

- Familiarity with CRM databases such as Dynamics 365 or similar is a must.

- Ability to conduct research by cold calling potential customers and searching on the internet

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Fluent English speaking skills as the candidate might interact with the US team frequently

- Flexible to attend skype meetings or take calls in US time zones (6 pm to 9 pm India time)
