Volunteers (Part-Time)

Location: Delhi; Bangalore; Mumbai

No. of Positions: 10 per city

Duration: 3 months

Remuneration: 12,000 for the duration (or negotiable)

We are looking for volunteers/part-time interns to work with us on The Children's Scrappy News Service.

The Children's Scrappy News service is the first news service run by kids for kids in India, solving India's biggest problems with design-thinking, scrappy skills, interviewing stars, heroes, local entrepreneurs and kick starting mini campaigns to change the big problems they are facing.

We are looking for young, fun, dynamic, wacky individuals to join our team

- You will need to use your marketing skills & charisma (persuasion/inspiration) to get 100 schools in your city to sign up with Going to School and the Scrappy News Service.

- You will need to spread the word about our brand new APP & get a lot of kids to sign-up and start using it. (We will tell you all about that when you call us or are here).

- Visit the member schools thrice a week, to work with the Scrappy kids and make weekly scrappy shows.

- You are a pro at time-management and understand deadlines mean no extension.

And of course, you believe in the power of stories and their ability to change the lives of million kids everywhere. If you are all this and more, we can't wait to hear from you.
