Copy Editor- Hindi (Freelancing Position)

Going to School is looking for a part-time Copy Editor to join its growing team. This person will work across programs to proofread content and ensure all copy is error-free. We- re looking for a punctual, self-motivated team member who can hit the ground running, and work independently and quickly in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have an excellent grasp of grammar and proficiency in both English and Hindi.

Responsibilities :

- Copyedit and proofread all content (books, reports etc.) quickly and efficiently.

- Copyedit and proofread other content as needed, including video copy and social posts.

- Check text to ensure it is well written and logically structured.

- Correct grammar and spellings.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 1-2+ years of experience in copyediting and proofreading for a publication.

- An outstanding grasp of grammar and punctuation, and a keen eye for errors.

- An ability to self-motivate and work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written English, including good spelling and grammar.

- A meticulous approach to their work and an eye for detail.

- The ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.

- A love of and feel for language.

Remuneration- Based on the project
