Community Manager
A Community Manager is the primary point of contact for the community and acts as the - face- of GoHive. The role incorporates online tools and in-person networking to create relationships and ultimately build the company's brand, both online and offline.
As a Community Manager you will be responsible for :
- Creating a welcoming and collaborative community environment among members
- Ensuring that your facility is operating at optimum efficiency and processes are running smoothly
- Manage visitors, line up and conduct tours for potential members
- Work on community initiatives to develop connections between members
- Manage communications (print & digital) for the GoHive community
- Resolve member issues and space concerns
- Answer - walk-in- members and guest questions or redirect queries to the right person
- Carry out end-to-end event management basis requirements (GoHive events) and assist members with their initiatives
- Manage controls & checkpoints for members and staff to ensure a smooth running centre
- Be a happiness advocate for our members and a brand ambassador for GoHive socially
We're looking for someone with :
- An outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in social media management
- A keen interest in startups and all things technology
- Experience in juggling operations
- Any experience in Public Relations would be an added advantage!
