If you have a proven experience in managing cross border trade marketplaces, building brand business using International Marketplaces preferably Walmart and eBay & boosting GMV for brands via international marketplaces, then we are eagerly looking for you!
WHAT WE EXPECT
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 4+ years of experience in managing international marketplaces, preferably Walmart & eBay.
- Proven track record of increasing marketplace GMV year over year and quarter over quarter.
- Advertising knowledge would be a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace growth levers and their seamless implementation.
- Well versed with Marketplace seller / account standards / Account Metrics
- Proficiency in using tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, Smart Scout, or similar tools.
- Intrinsic motivation to lead marketplace growth efforts and build a robust sales channel.
- Understands business metrics and the data driven decision making process.
WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Analysis, Optimization & achieve GMV targets:
- Set and achieve GMV targets, analyzing performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize growth levers such as advertising, discounts, coupons, marketing deals, and offers.
- Make brands/products live within SLA & optimize listings for maximum visibility and performance.
Platform Management:
- Manage the account on international marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, category merchandising, and enhance organic visibility for brands.
- Develop and execute business/marketing plans aligned with the Website Marketing Calendar.
- Strategize, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns, enhance brand content, and other initiatives.
Inventory management & Compliance:
- Project inventory, create WFS shipments/forward deployment, and ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Stay informed about government export regulations & ensure compliance with marketplace seller/account standards.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with marketplace stakeholders, including Relationship Managers.
- Effectively communicate with partners to maximize brand visibility and performance. Drive end- to-end product development, manage concurrent projects.
