The selected candidate's responsibilities include :
1. Work with the business development team to identify, and onboard new spaces on to the platform
2. Work with the demand generation and marketing team to ideate, design, and execute growth hacking experiments
3. Organize and/or sponsor local relevant community events to increase brand awareness
4. Build a portfolio of clients, with a focus on mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships that establish GoFloaters as a trusted partner
5. Optimize and evolve all of the inbound and outbound sales processes through data-driven, results-oriented evaluation, and experimentation
6. Be responsible for capturing significant growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability
