Summary :

We are looking for an energetic business development individual to help drive our sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.

Location : Kandivali, Mumbai

Experience : 2-3

Responsibilities :

- Formulating the business development strategies & plan.

- Leading goFIN 's digital marketing

- Lead generation

- Sales of Lending Software "goFIN"-Lead Management, LOS, LMS, Collection System & Customer Self Service Application available on Web and Mobile

- Meeting and pitching our digital lending solutions to the key business stakeholders & management team of the NBFC'S, LSP's and FinTech's etc.. Understand their requirements, work with internal teams to create a strong value proposition.

- Meeting with prospective NBFC/Banks, PSU's, LSP's & GoFIN clients, Understand their requirements and pitching GoFIN's digital lending solutions to various Financial Institutions

- Maintain consistent communication with clients through outbound calls and personal onsite visits

- Organize platform demos and presentations to clients

- Follow-ups to maintain consistent touch with clients

- Create sales opportunities through various channels

- Attain sales goals; identity, acquire and grow new and existing banking relationships, meeting production volume as designated

- Maintain the required knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures, and other compliance requirements that pertain to the Retail Lending.

- Awareness and knowledge of new trends and practices in the lending domain

- Plan and participate in the BFSI sector events, webinars, and promotions

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
