GoEx - Assistant Sales Manager (5-7 yrs)
Objective - To maintain and develop business from existing customer at the same time adding new customer is key function of this role, should be Team player and perform all task as per direction of Team leader. Regular and accurate reporting will be key.
Experience: 4-8 years in Industrial product Sales, Exposure with top client in assigned territory, Client management.B2B experience in Industrial segment will be added advantage
Requirement:
- Ability to achieve targets and goal sheets given by the company.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market and competitor pricing trend, moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Identify new prospective Industries/Segment/Market for sales and working towards achievement of target with team efforts.
- Identify regular consumable & ensure repeat business.
- Looking after sales and marketing operations for promoting products and accountable for achieving business goals and increasing sales growth.
- Ensure cross selling from product basket to expand business.
- Should have a good computer knowledge E.g. MS Office, Internet, Emails, etc.
- Familiar with Corporate & Industrial Sales, Concept Selling will be added advantage.
- Ability to meet 'bench marked standards' and strict aggressive deadlines.
- A keen analyst, highly skilled in market / sales forecasting, quick to identify & formulate strategies to exploit business opportunities.
- A proactive approach and a high level of enthusiasm.
- Excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and extended time period.
Education Background:- Diploma in BE or Mechanical/Engineering Field.
