Godspeed - Head - Sales - Study Abroad Vertical (10-20 yrs)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head for our Study Abroad division. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales growth, manage a team, and build strong relationships with educational institutions and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to enhance performance.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the study abroad sector.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector or study abroad consultancy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
