- Ensures achievement of sales as per AOP & monthly/quarter plans
- Closes sales bookings with customers
- Proposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory / facilitate fast movement of inventory
- Drive new sales through loyalty/ referral/corporate sales channels
- Booking value of units sold
Operational :
1. Lead Generation & Servicing :
- New lead generation through direct channels - loyalty/ referral/ corporate sales
- Timely lead servicing of leads assigned on Salesforce
- Ensuring assigned leads are converted into customer visits at site
- No. of quality leads/ visits generated
2. Customer centricity
- Ensures team responds to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines
- Responds to complex / difficult customer queries that are sent on mail
- Ensures all documents related to every customer are properly maintained
- Timeliness of responding to customer's queries

Threshold Experience & Educational Qualification :
- MBA with 1 to 4 years' experience in the sales function of the real estate industry
