Job Description :
This role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through augmenting current channel partner base in new geographies & for closing the sales process with appropriate.
Qualification & Experience : MBA/Graduate with 3 - 5 years of sales experience.
Key Accountabilities :
- Channel Partner screening and creating a network of channel intermediaries
- Screens for potential channel partners, with specific target markets, in consistence with the business requirements.
- Considers factors like size, viability, suitability for target market, management competency, etc. of the channel partners.
- Research on channel partners' track record, experience, credibility, technical knowledge, etc.
- Maintains the paperwork related to channel partner registration
- Creates and maintains a database of channel partners
- Managing Channel Network
- Aligns the channel partner with the organization's long-term goals to ensure maximum mutual profitability.
- Develops a roadmap for establishing a smooth and stable working relationship with the channel partner.
- Compares revenue impact vs availability of alternatives while dealing with partners.
- Follows up with channel partners to meet targets
- Maintains MIS records of Channel partners' performance
- Keeps track of invoices and payments from channel partner
