Godrej Properties - Channel Sales Role (1-10 yrs)
1) Sourcing leads via direct methods and independent closure for the allotted project
2) Looking for new opportunities to form partnerships & tie ups
3) Maintaining the paper work related to customer registration.
4) Creating and maintaining a database of partners.
5) Making visits to partners and training their teams.
6) Necessary follow ups with customer to meet our targets.
7) Maintaining MIS records of channel performance.
8) Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
9) Adheres to project timelines under stressful market conditions.
10) Identifies processes / procedures in own work area that needs improvement
11) Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity
12) Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area.
13) Undertake extensive travel to do reiki in the market for leads/new CP empanelment
14) Sales personnel are require to work on weekends and will have week-offs instead.
